"We held our Pink Pamper Party at our local Rugby club with over 100 ladies. We had an amazing raffle with lots of donations generously provided by local businesses. We also had our Avon orders on the night and donated our 20% commission which resulted in raising a fantastic £900!! Everyone had a great night and we are definitely going to make it into an annual event, the support was amazing!"

"We raised money for the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade by holding various activities such as, guess the name of the pink teddy and how many pink sweets are in the jar with each winner winning an Avon gift. Each lady who attended the party was asked to wear something pink and we used the balloons and posters to decorate the room. The night was very successful with around 30 family and friends joining in. I am pleased that we raised £72 as well as selling Crusade pins."

"I regularly organise a Pink Pamper Party as many of my customers, past and present have had breast cancer. I organise a coffee morning at a local village hall with a raffle, cake stall, craft stall and guess the teddy's name. Local businesses are always willing to donate prizes to the raffle as well. I aways find the event is a great opportunity to preview new Avon products to my customers.

"I am an Area Sales Manager and we decided to have a fundraising event because at one of our area meetings some of my representatives expressed their desire to raise funds for the Breast Cancer crusade. We held it in a local village hall and had face painting for the children and also a Bric and Brac stall and a tombola. We also displayed breast cancer awareness information and were lucky enough to have a retired nurse come along and talk about breast cancer. We advertised the event on 3 local radio stations and put up 28 posters locally. We raised a total of £330 and are so proud of our achievement. It was a great result from a small questions, can we do something to help? It is a big YES WE CAN AND YES WE DID."
Donna Poole
"We held several events to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer including a pampering evening. This consisted of manicures, pedicures, hair styling and mini facials. People were also offered the chance to purchase Avon products. We had lots of fun raising money and look forward to holding another fundraising event in the future."
Jilly Chadwick
"Our event was very successful and most enjoyable. We had a pub crawl in fancy dress and an auction which included Avon products. We also had prizes for best fancy dress and a raffle. Our total amount was £488 and we are looking forward to our next event."

I set myself a big challenge for my fundraising event of raising £1000 as I did a couple of years ago. I'm very pleased and overwhelmed with the response and very proud to announce that we have achieved our target and have raised a £1000!
I would like to thank Mayor Cllr Robin Parker and Mayoress Anne for opening the event and for taking part in our sponsored walk. Thanks also go to Sir Cyril Smith for his voluntary contribution to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

"On July 13th my family and some of my customers took part in a sponsored walk and managed to raise £544.90. We all wore something pink and carried pink balloons, it was fantastic fun and very rewarding. We had press coverage and a radio interview with a local radio station. I am extremely grateful to all of the people who gave up their Sunday to walk and raise money. I have met so many of my close friends through Avon and I recommend any Representatives and Sales Leaders who are thinking about holding a Pink Pamper Party to go for it and raise as much money as you can, you won't regret it and will have loads of fun along the way."
Amanda Burford
"I organised a pink coffee morning with a pink tombola and I sold cakes, tea, coffee and strawberries and cream. I invited friends, family and customers and we raised a great sum of £125.50. I hope this goes a small way in helping a big charity. We cannot wait to organise the next one, hoping it is bigger and raises even more money."
Sandra Lee
"We had a fabulous pink pamper party which we turned into a whole day. We played games such as 'pin the tail on the pink panther' and 'pink lady apple bobbing'. We also got our husbands involved to have a sponsored leg wax! We managed to raise £638.88 and hope to raise even more this year."
Kay Levene
"I raised £114.01 by holding a Pink Pamper evening at my local gym. We held a raffle, sold Avon products and gave mini facials, manicures, massages and tarot card readings for donations. I hope this will make a small contribution to this great cause."
